Why We’ve Opened Our Hitchin Shop

In a world where so much is done online, we felt there was something missing.

We wanted to create a place where people could walk in, talk to us, ask questions and really imagine their next trip. Somewhere you can sit down, look at destinations, discuss options and feel confident about where you’re going — without pressure and without screens getting in the way.

That’s why we’re so excited to open our new Day Trips & Excursions shop in Hitchin town centre. It’s a space designed for face-to-face conversations, friendly advice and personal service — something we believe makes all the difference.
