Can I bring a wheelchair or mobility aid?
Most coaches can carry folding wheelchairs or mobility aids in the luggage compartment. The person using the wheelchair should be
able to board independently. Please advise us of mobility requirements at the time of booking so we can prepare and assist where possible.
Do you recommend travel insurance?
We strongly recommend that all guests take out travel insurance to cover medical care, trip cancellation, or personal items — especially for longer trips or tours abroad. This is not always mandatory for UK day trips but is always prudent for peace of mind.
What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
Our terms and conditions set out our cancellation and amendment
policies (please see the back of your brochure or our website).
Cancellations are generally accepted in writing, and any refunds will follow the scale outlined in our terms. Deposits may be non-
refundable depending on the trip and timing of cancellation.
Is there Wi-Fi or entertainment on the coach?
Not all coaches are equipped with Wi-Fi or entertainment systems.
If this is important to you, please ask at the time of booking and we will confirm what services are available on your trip.
What luggage can I bring?
Please limit luggage to one medium-sized suitcase per person plus a small bag for items you want onboard with you. Bigger or additional bags may not be allowed due to limited luggage space.
Can I bring my own food and drinks onboard?
You’re welcome to bring snacks and refreshments for your journey.
We ask that hot meals, ice cream and alcohol are avoided to keep the coach clean and comfortable for all passengers.
Are onboard toilets available?
Many of our coaches are equipped with onboard toilets for your convenience. On longer journeys we also schedule regular comfort stops so you can stretch your legs and use facilities.
Can I make last-minute changes to my booking?
We understand plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments, subject to availability.
Are your drivers experienced and licensed?
Absolutely. All our drivers are fully licensed, professional, and familiar with both local routes and longer journeys, ensuring a safe and stress-free trip.
How do I get a quote for private coach hire?
Simply contact us with your travel dates, group size, and itinerary. We’ll provide a personalized quote tailored to your needs.
Lost Property
Please check carefully when you disembark. If you discover something is missing after your trip, contact us as soon as possible
— we’ll do our best to trace lost items. Unclaimed lost property may be held for a period in line with policy.
Call us on 01462 442409 or email here and report an item as lost. Give us a description of the item as well as the coach you were on (or even just the drivers name) and we will do our best to locate and return the item to you.
